The Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission proposed amendments to General Rules B-26, H-1, and H-2. The proposed amendments would, among other things, incorporate various permitting and operational requirements pertaining to certain disposal well surface facilities associated with disposal wells permitted by the Commission, and clarify the types of EPA underground injection control wells that are covered by these rules.
