The Pollution Control and Ecology Commission proposed revisions to Commission Regulations 29, Brownfields Redevelopment, and 30, Remedial Action Trust Fund/Hazardous Substances Site Priority List. Changes to Reg. 29 update formatting to the text, which details cleanup procedures for contaminated sites. Changes to Reg. 30 remove three locations from the list of sites mentioned to pose a risk to human health or the environment, as remedial actions have been taken.
