The Department of Water Resources will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Ariz. Admin. Code 12-15-725, Groundwater Allowance and Extinguishment Credits Calculation. The amendments would delay the effective date of the first reduction of the allocation factor for the Pinal Active Management Area until 2014.
