The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to Ariz. Admin. Code §§R18-8-101, -260 to -266, -268, -270, -271, -273, and -280. The proposed amendments would, among other things, adopt changes to federal regulations in effect as of July 1, 2018, concerning hazardous waste and eliminate the requirement that certain generators and treatment, storage, and disposal facilities submit annual reports.
