The Arizona Department of Agriculture (ADA) is proposing to adopt amendments to Ariz. Rev. Stat. §3-363, regarding the regulation of structural pest management in the state (as recommended by the ADA Task Force). The proposed changes address organizational oversight and statutory changes, among others issues. A public hearing will be held on November 16, 2015.
