The Department of Environmental Conservation adopted amendments to 18 AAC 75, Article 3, Discharge Reporting, Cleanup and Disposal of Oil and Other Hazardous Substances, regarding the cleanup of contaminated properties. Cleanup levels have been updated to reflect new toxicity information in EPA's Integrated Risk Information System and other EPA-approved data sources.
