The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed to amend Title 18, Ch. 75 of the Alaska Admin. Code, pertaining to Oil and Other Hazardous Substances Pollution Control, and Title 18, Ch. 78 of the Alaska Admin. Code, pertaining to Underground Storage Tanks. Changes include clarification for reporting of existing cumulative risk thresholds, calculation and presentation of sampling results from contaminate soil, and general updates to language and titles.
