The Department of Environmental Conservation adopted updates to 18 Alaska Admin. Code 75.215, 225, 235, 240, 300, 413, 425, 443, 456, 459-460, 475, 521-523, 551-53, 561, and 990, which detail oil spill response planning regulations. Changes add the use of modern communications technologies such as electronic mail to response procedures, repeal outdated sections, and ensure consistency between related sections.
