The Alaska Energy Authority proposed to amend 3 Alaska Admin. Code 108.500-.590, to adopt regulations to establish the Commercial Building Energy Audit Program. The program would enable building owners to receive grants to pay for the cost of an energy audit. There will be a public hearing March 22, 2013 and the deadline for comment is April 1.
