The Department of Environmental Conservation will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 18 AAC 50.410, Air Emissions User Fees. The amendments would extend the date through which the current emission fee rates apply to stationary sources permitted under AS 46.14. The hearing will be April 2, 2009.
