The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed to amend 18 Alaska Admin. Code 50.030, State Air. The regulation is being updated to reference the new motor vehicle emissions model, MOVES, which replaces the old AK MOBILE6 model as Anchorage's carbon monoxide maintenance plan.
