The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources seeks public comment on proposed amendments to 220-2-.02, 220-2-.35, 220-2-.55, and 220-2-.131. The amendments would further provide for legal arms, ammunition, and methods for hunting, including for hunting bobcat, groundhog, and other unprotected wildlife; regulate the transport of catfish; provide for and regulate conduct and activity in wildlife management areas, community hunting areas, public hunting areas, and refuges of Alabama; and provide for hunting at youth turkey hunting areas.
