The Department of Environmental Management Water Division proposed to amend Ala. Admin. Code. r. 335-6-10-.12, Implementation of Antidegradation Policy. The amendment would replace language to better clarify Tier 1 waterbodies. A public hearing will be held on November 10, 2016. Public comments will be accepted until November 10, 2016.
