The Department of Environmental Management proposed to amend Ala. Admin. Code r. 335.6.15.15, Release Detection Requirements for Petroleum UST Systems. Under the proposed amendment, tanks with a capacity of up to 1000 gallons would be able to use weekly tank gauging as a stand-alone method of leak detection.
