The Alabama Department of Environmental Management proposed amendments to Ala. Admin. Code r. 335-13-1-.03, -13-4-.12, -13-4-.21 to .23, -13-4-.27, -13-5-.02 to .03, -13-14-.07, and -13-15-.09. The proposed amendments would incorporate changes to ensure consistency with state and federal statutes, and provide clarification of state requirements for the management of solid waste.
