The Environmental Management Commission will be holding a public hearing on August 21, 2015 regarding the proposed adoption of several amendments to Ala. Admin. Code Division 335-6, Water Quality Regulations. The changes relate to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Reclaimed Water Use Program, Ground Water and Underground Injection Control, and Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund.
