The Department of Environmental Management will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 335-1-1-.03, Organization and Duties of the Commission, and 335-2-2-.05, Consideration of Petition. The amendments would establish a process for updating the Unified Strategic Plan (USP), the plan under which the Commission and Department will operate, and include consideration of the relevance and relation of a proposed rule to the most recent USP as an item that the Commission may take into account when it considers petitions for rulemaking.
