The Department of Agriculture proposed amendments to regulations governing the state’s concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO) program. The amendments would revise the definition of a CAFO, as well as revise, incorporate, and remove other definitions relating to CAFO rules. A hearing will be held July 15, 2024.
