The Board of Pesticides Control seeks comment on a request to designate a critical pesticide control area around two public drinking water wellheads on Eagle Lake. The zone would prevent the use of pesticides within a 500-foot radius of the two drinking water wellheads. A hearing will be held July 19, 2024. Comments are due July 29, 2024.
