The Department of Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry proposed amendments to regulations governing certification and licensing provisions of commercial applicators. The amendments would align Maine’s pesticide regulations with recent updates to EPA rules by incorporating by reference descriptions and competency standards, changing titles of certain categories, and adding language to categories.
