The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed amendments to regulations governing the listing process, jurisdiction determination, and permit procedures pertaining to endangered and threatened species. The amendments would repromulgate previous amendments made in 2010 and 2021 in accordance with a court decision that found a public hearing was required when the rules were first adopted in 2010.
