The Department of Environmental Management proposed to adopt a new rule governing the Solid Waste Management Plan. The amendments would outline the plan in Appendix A, including adding data on solid waste generation, disposal, and recycling; detailing activities for managing the program; and providing a mechanism for evaluating local solid waste management and recycling efforts.
