The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona proposed amendments to regulations governing the Water Supply Development Revolving Fund, the Long-Term Water Augmentation Fund, and the Water Conservation Grant Fund. The amendments would, in accordance with S.B. 1740, establish the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) as an independent state agency, transfer governance from the Arizona Finance Authority Board of Directors to the WIFA Board of Directors, make procedural revisions to the Water Supply Development Revolving Fund, and introduce new rules to administer the Long-Term Water Augmentation Fund and the Water Conservation Grant Fund.
