The Department of Natural Resources proposed amendments to regulations governing the Kentucky Soil Erosion and Water Quality Cost-Share Fund and the Equipment Revolving Loan Fund. The amendments would define terms to administer and implement the cost-share and equipment loan programs.  A hearing will be held March 26, 2024. Comments are due March 31, 2024.
