The Department for Natural Resources proposed amendments to regulations governing the administration of the Kentucky Soil Erosion and Water Quality Cost-Share Fund. The amendments would, among other things, require conservation districts to report monthly to the Division of Conservation and update the Kentucky Soil Erosion and Water Quality Cost-Share Practice Handbook incorporated by reference.
