The Water Quality Control Commission adopted amendments to graywater control regulations. The amendments, among other things, align formatting and organization with other codes, improve overall clarity and readability, clarify requirements for the graywater control program, and encourage small-scale graywater use through clarified "laundry to landscape" requirements.
