The Environmental Protection Agency proposed amendments to its procedures for issuing loans from the Public Water Supply Loan Program. The amendments would allow 30-year loans to all loan recipients and 40-year loans for disadvantaged communities, in line with the current federal standard under the CWA, and add a definition for the Build America Buy America (BABA) Act to clarify that loan applicants will need to comply with the requirements of the BABA Act, as applicable.
