The Vermont Public Utility Commission proposed amendments to regulations governing petitions to construct electric and gas facilities. The revisions would, among other things, provide clarity on the information that must be filed and on the processes that must be followed when petitioners seek to amend projects that are under review, or have been reviewed and approved.
