The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed amendments to the Advanced Clean Car Standards and Medium- and Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicle Emission Standards. The amendments would incorporate California's Advanced Clean Cars II zero emission and low emission vehicle regulations, and its Heavy-Duty Omnibus and Phase 2 Greenhouse Gas regulations.
