The State Environmental Commission proposed amendments to emissions standards for exhaust emissions, fuel evaporative emissions, and visible emissions of smoke from mobile internal combustion engines. The amendments would revise certain model years to which certain California emissions standards previously adopted by Nevada apply, and adopt by reference certain California emissions standards for model year 2027 and subsequent model years.
