The Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to the Lead-Based Paint Program. The amendments would implement EPA's amendments to the definitions of "clearance levels" and "dust-lead hazard" and the Agency's lowering of dust-lead hazard standards and dust-lead clearance levels.
