The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control proposed to amend S.C. Code Ann. §61-43, Standards for the Permitting of Agricultural Animal Facilities. The amendments would, among other things, expand and clarify definitions applicable to agricultural animal facility regulations and standards, streamline permitting options, and clarify reporting requirements.
