The Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs proposed amendments to 301 Mass. Code Regs. 41.00. The proposed amendments would implement changes to the list of chemicals made by the Administrative Council on Toxics Use Reduction pursuant to 2006 amendments to the Toxics Use Reduction Act.
