would amend the Internal Revenue Code to eliminate certain fuel excise taxes and impose a tax on greenhouse gas emissions to provide revenue for      maintaining and building American infrastructure.

would require a certain percentage of natural gas and crude oil exports be transported on U.S.-built and U.S.-flag vessels.

would provide for the periodic issuance of up-to-date clinical guidance on addressing the health effects of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

would express the need for the federal government to establish a national biodiversity strategy for protecting biodiversity for current and future generations.

would authorize the Secretary of the Interior, through the FWS Coastal Program, to work with willing partners and provide support to efforts to assess, protect, restore, and enhance important coastal landscapes that provide fish and wildlife habitat on which certain federal trust species depend.
