would direct the Secretary of the Interior to establish two grant programs to sustain populations of species of migratory waterfowl through the deployment of tools and practices that complement habitat conservation.

would require the Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere to assess certain offshore oil and gas platforms and pipelines for potential use as artificial reefs.

would amend the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 to modify the authorization of appropriations for the Las Vegas Wash program.
