would amend the Water Resources Research Act of 1984 to reauthorize the water resources research and technology institutes program.

would provide for congressional disapproval under Chapter 8 of Title 5, U.S. Code, of the rule submitted by BLM relating to "Coastal Plain Oil and Gas Leasing Program Record of Decision."

would direct the Secretary of the Army to implement a program for the testing and implementation of stabilization and erosion control technology to prevent coastal erosion.

would require the Secretary of the Interior to take certain actions with respect to certain qualified coal applications.
