would provide for the settlement of the water rights claims of the Navajo Nation, the Hopi Tribe, and the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe.

would amend the Smith River National Recreation Area Act to include certain additions to the Smith River National Recreation Area and amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate certain wild rivers in the state of Oregon.

would provide for congressional disapproval under Chapter 8 of Title 5, U.S. Code, of the rule submitted by EPA relating to "Updates to New Chemicals Regulations Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)."
