would amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to terminate incentives for alcohol fuels.

would reauthorize and amend the Marine Debris Research, Prevention, and Reduction Act.

would require the Secretary of the Interior to convey the McKinney Lake National Fish Hatchery to the state of North Carolina.

would amend the CAA to include algae-based biofuel in the renewable fuel program and amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to include algae-based biofuel in the cellulosic biofuel producer credit.
