would designate additional National Forest System land in the Los Padres National Forest in the state of California as wilderness, make certain wild and scenic river designations in that National Forest, designate the Condor Ridge Scenic Area, address off highway vehicle use in that National Forest, and facilitate a land exchange with the United Water Conservation District of California.

would strengthen enforcement mechanisms to stop illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing and would amend the Tuna Conventions Act of 1950 to implement the Antigua Convention.

would amend TSCA relating to lead-based paint renovation and remodeling activities.
