would amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a segment of the Beaver, Chipuxet, Queen, Wood, and Pawcatuck Rivers in the states of Connecticut and Rhode Island for study for potential addition to the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System

would establish in the Department of the Interior an Under Secretary for Energy, Lands, and Minerals and a Bureau of Ocean Energy, an Ocean Energy Safety Service, and an Office of Natural Resources Revenue.

would reauthorize and amend the Marine Debris Research, Prevention, and Reduction Act.

would provide for improved coordination of agency actions in the preparation and adoption of environmental documents for permitting determinations.

would amend the Lacey Act Amendments of 1981 to prohibit the importation, exportation, transportation, and sale, receipt, acquisition, or purchase in interstate or foreign commerce, of any live animal of any prohibited wildlife species.

would conserve fish and aquatic communities in the United States through partnerships that foster fish habitat conservation.

would amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to reauthorize the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Restoration Program.

would amend and reauthorize certain provisions relating to Long Island Sound restoration and stewardship.

would direct the Secretary of the Interior to establish a program to build on and help coordinate funding for the restoration and protection efforts of the Four-State Delaware River Basin region.
