would amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to terminate certain energy tax subsidies and lower the corporate income tax rate.

would authorize the Secretary of the Interior to facilitate the development of hydroelectric power on the Diamond Fork System of the Central Utah Project.

would provide for the conveyance of a small parcel of National Forest System land in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Utah to Brigham Young University.

would amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to limit citizens suits against publicly owned treatment works, provide for defenses, extend the period of a permit, and limit attorneys fees.
