would authorize Energy Innovation Hubs.
would provide for transparency and reporting related to direct and indirect costs incurred by the Bonneville Power Administration, the Western Area Power Administration, the Southwestern Power Administration, and the Southeastern Power Administration related to compliance with any federal environmental laws impacting the conservation of fish and wildlife.
would encourage benchmarking and disclosure of energy information for commercial buildings.
would designate certain federal land in California as wilderness.
would require DOI to conduct offshore oil and gas Lease Sale 220 as soon as practicable.
would establish the Clear Creek National Recreation Area in San Benito and Fresno Counties, California, designate the Joaquin Rocks Wilderness in those counties, and designate additional components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.
