would amend the Water Resources Research Act to reauthorize grants and require applied water supply research regarding the institutes established under the act.

would authorize DOI to acquire certain land in Martinez, California, for inclusion in the John Muir National Historic Site.

would provide for consideration of H.R. 1029, which would amend the Environmental Research, Development, and Demonstration Authorization Act to provide for Scientific Advisory Board member qualification requirements and public participation, and for consideration of H.R. 1033, which would prohibit EPA from proposing, finalizing, or disseminating regulations or assessments based upon science that is not transparent or reproducible. 

would authorize DOI to convey certain land and appurtenances of the Arbuckle Project in Oklahoma to the Arbuckle Master Conservancy District.

would amend the Small Tracts Act to expand the authority of the Department of Agriculture to sell or exchange small parcels of National Forest System land in order to enhance the management of the National Forest System and to resolve minor encroachments.

would establish the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta National Heritage Area.

would designate March 3, 2015, as "World Wildlife Day."

would require EPA to include in any proposed rule that limits greenhouse gas emissions and imposes increased costs on other federal agencies, an offset from funds available to EPA for all projected increased costs that the proposed rule would impose.

would amend the CAA with respect to exceptional event demonstrations.

would prohibit FEMA from recouping certain assistance.
