The Office for Coastal Management announced the availability of final evaluation findings for the Illinois, Indiana, and Massachusetts state coastal programs and the Apalachicola and Delaware national estuarine research reserves under the CMZA. 

NOAA and EPA announced and seek comment on their finding that Texas has satisfied all conditions the agencies established as part of their 2003 approval of the state's coastal nonpoint pollution control program under the CZMA. 

EPA and NOAA announced and seek comment on the proposed finding that Louisiana has satisfied all conditions the agencies established as part of their 1998 approval of the state's coastal nonpoint pollution control program under the CZMA. 

NOAA announced the designation of certain Connecticut state-owned lands and portions of public trust waters of the Long Island Sound, Fishers Island Sound, Connecticut River, and Thames River as the Connecticut National Estuarine Research Reserve under the CMZA.

EPA and NOAA seek comment on the agencies' proposed finding that Ohio has satisfied all conditions of the previous approval of the state's coastal nonpoint pollution control program under the CZMA. 

NOAA announced the availability of final evaluation findings of state coastal programs and national estuarine research reserves under §§312 and 315 of the CZMA.
