Under a proposed consent decree concerning a response action taken because of the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at the Uintah Mining District Superfund site in Park City, Utah, settling CERCLA defendants must pay $209,846 to resolve the United States’ response cost claim within 15 days of the effective date of the decree.
