United States v. Aloha Petroleum, Ltd.

A settling CAA and CWA defendant that failed to install a vapor collection system, limit emissions, conduct a performance test, and construct a secondary containment structure at its bulk gasoline terminal in Hilo, Hawaii, must pay a $650,000 civil penalty, permanently close the terminal and certify that it has ceased operating the loading racks, and install improved containment liners at five of its other facilities.
