EPA entered into a proposed consent decree under the CAA that resolves a lawsuit filed against the Agency concerning new source performance standards and NESHAPs; the consent decree would require EPA to review, and if appropriate revise, the new source performance standards for furnaces and bulk gasoline at least every eight years, and to review, and revise if necessary, NESHAPs for major source bulk gasoline, area source bulk gasoline, iron and steel foundries, and preserved wood no less often than every eight years.
