would amend the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act to designate as a component of the National Heritage Area System the Finger Lakes National Heritage Area in the state of New York.

would establish the Fort Ontario National Monument in the state of New York as a unit of the National Park System.
