would amend Title 23, U.S. Code, to direct the Secretary of Transportation to set aside certain funds to provide parking for commercial motor vehicles on the federal-aid highway system.

would establish an interagency committee on global catastrophic risk.

would assist in the conservation of the North Atlantic right whale by supporting and providing financial resources for North Atlantic right whale conservation programs and projects of persons with expertise required for the conservation of the species.

would amend Title 54, U.S. Code, to establish within the National Park Service the United States African-American Burial Grounds Preservation Program. 

would provide for greater consultation between the federal government and the governing bodies and community users of land grant-mercedes in New Mexico, and provide for a process for recognition of the historic-traditional uses of land grant-mercedes. 

would require the president to develop and maintain products that show the risk of natural hazards across the United States.

would amend the Smith River National Recreation Area Act to include certain additions to the Smith River National Recreation Area, and amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate certain wild rivers in Oregon. 

would amend Title 40, U.S. Code, to require the Administrator of General Services to procure the most life-cycle cost effective and energy-efficient lighting products and to issue guidance on the efficiency, effectiveness, and economy of those products.

would authorize the Secretary of the Interior to issue a right-of-way permit with respect to a natural gas distribution pipeline within Valley Forge National Historical Park.

would improve the forecasting and understanding of tornadoes and other hazardous weather.
