would make available necessary disaster assistance for families affected by major disasters.

would amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate certain segments of the Gila River system in New Mexico as components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System and provide for the transfer of administrative jurisdiction over certain federal land in New Mexico. 

would amend the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act to improve the administration of the Marine Debris Foundation and amend the Marine Debris Act to improve the administration of the NOAA Marine Debris Program.

would approve the settlement of water rights claims of the Hualapai Tribe and certain allottees in Arizona and authorize construction of a water project relating to those water rights claims.

would authorize the Colorado River Indian Tribes to enter into lease or exchange agreements and storage agreements relating to water of the Colorado River allocated to the Colorado River Indian Tribes.

would amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights Quantification Act of 2010 to modify the enforceability date for certain provisions.

would amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to require the Secretary of the Interior to establish a program to permanently plug, remediate, and reclaim orphaned wells and the surrounding lands and provide funds to states and tribal governments to permanently plug, remediate, and reclaim orphaned wells and the surrounding lands.

would establish and maintain a coordinated program within NOAA that improves wildfire, fire weather, fire risk, and smoke related forecasting, detection, modeling, observations, and service delivery, and address growing needs in the wildland-urban interface.

would modify the fire management assistance cost share.

would require the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish a national risk management cycle.
